Mrs. Diane Louise Wilson, age 71, of Cherokee Village, died Friday, November 13, 2009, at her residence. She was born in Chicago, IL to the late Emery and Charlotte (Jacobson) Brechel.

Diane was a homemaker and of the Lutheran faith.

She is survived by her husband Robert Wilson of the home, three aunts, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents and one brother John Brechel.

Diane will be remembered for her constant smile that brought a ray of sunshine to all who knew her. She loved gardening and her dogs, cats and birds.

Diane was always concerned for the plight of animals, adopting many and supporting the Spring River Humane Shelter.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00AM on Monday, November, 23 at the Cherokee Village Lutheran Church.
