Mr. Robert Edward Long, Jr., age 81, of Cherokee Village, Ark., died Tuesday, at his residence. Robert was a retired Music Teacher; Before he entered the Army , Robert had already had professional experience as a member of an orchestra. He also played clarinet in the Army Band 1946-1949.
He was the son of the late Robert Long and the late Florance (Ganger) Long.
He is survived by his wife Susan (Carr) Long of the home; Daughter Diana Crayne of Ypsilanti, Mich. Son Mark Long of Camp, Ark, Four grandchildren and Three great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be at Wiles Cemetery at 11:00 AM Saturday, Bro. Steve Summers officiating.
