Louis "Lou" Benson, age 84, of Cherokee Village, Ark., died Monday, at Fulton County Hospital in Salem, Ark. He Served in the Navy during World War II. Lou retired from Whiting Corp as a Structural Layout Specialist.
He is survived by his wife Elaine Benson and Sons, Roger Benson of Cherokee Village, Ark., Mark Benson of Chicago, Ill.
Memorial service will be at Cherokee Village United Methodist Church at 11:00 AM Saturday, March 20, 2010 , Rev. Jimmy Anderson,
